Refund Policy

Evora Health provides personalised, clinician-led services. Because of the nature of these services, refunds may be limited once a consultation or assessment has taken place.

  • After a consultation has occurred: Refunds are generally not available within 24 hours of or following a consultation or clinical assessment, as resources will have been allocated and professional services will have been delivered.

​

  • Medical unsuitability: If a clinician determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate, you may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding consultation and administrative costs.

​

  • Medication: No refunds are available once medication has been dispensed or shipped.

​

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer law.
