Terms & Conditions

1. About Evora Health

Last updated: 28 January 2026

Evora Health Ltd (“Evora”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a private telehealth service registered in the Republic of Ireland with company number 808703. Evora facilitates access to licensed medical practitioners and provides programme coordination and administrative support for men’s health and wellbeing services.

Evora does not provide emergency medical care. If you require urgent or emergency treatment, you should contact local emergency services or your GP immediately.

2. Nature of Our Services

Evora provides access to clinician-led telehealth consultations and coordinated wellbeing programmes. Services may include medical consultations, prescribing (where appropriate), programme support, and related administrative services.

Evora does not guarantee outcomes and does not replace primary care, in-person medical assessment, or emergency services.

3. Medical Consultations and Prescriptions

All medical consultations are provided by independent, appropriately licensed medical practitioners. Clinicians act in their own professional capacity and are responsible for all clinical decisions.

Prescriptions are issued solely at the clinician’s discretion and only where clinically appropriate. Prescriptions may be fulfilled by licensed pharmacies within Ireland or the European Union.

Evora does not influence prescribing decisions.

4. Patient Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical information

  • follow clinician guidance and prescribed treatment plans

  • use any prescribed medication strictly as directed

Failure to provide accurate information or misuse of services or medication may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

5. Fees and Payment

Programme fees and consultation costs are clearly disclosed before you enrol or make payment. Fees are payable in full in advance of your first consultation unless otherwise stated.

Fees typically cover professional consultation time, programme coordination, and administrative support. Medication costs, where applicable, may be charged separately.

6. Refunds, Cancellation and Termination

Due to the personalised and time-sensitive nature of healthcare services, refunds are limited.

  • After a consultation has occurred: Refunds are generally not available within 24 hours of or following a consultation or clinical assessment, as resources will have been allocated and professional services will have been delivered.

  • Medical unsuitability: If a clinician determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate, you may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding consultation and administrative costs.

  • Medication: No refunds are available once medication has been dispensed or shipped.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Cooling Off Rights

Where services begin immediately at your request, you acknowledge that statutory cooling-off rights under consumer law may not apply once services have commenced, particularly in relation to completed consultations or delivered services.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under Irish or EU law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Evora is not liable for:

  • lack of treatment efficacy

  • known or disclosed side effects

  • misuse of prescribed medication

  • delays or failures caused by third parties, including clinicians, pharmacies, or delivery providers

To the extent permitted by law, Evora’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under law.

9. Suspension and Termination of Services

Evora reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where:

  • continued provision is clinically inappropriate

  • there is misuse of services or medication

  • payment obligations are not met

  • required information is not provided

Termination in such circumstances does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice, available on our website. Further information regarding the processing of health data is provided as part of patient onboarding and consultation processes.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding our services, please contact us at support@evora-health.com. We aim to handle complaints fairly, promptly, and in accordance with applicable regulations.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or making payment for services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
