Ryan Spring
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Ryan has spent the better part of fifteen years working at the sharp end of men's health, across some of the most established digital health clinics in the world.
He built his career leading high-performing healthcare operations in across the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. He has operated at board level, designing the commercial frameworks, training programmes, and clinical sales processes that shaped how entire organisations worked, and he has done it in exactly the space Evora now occupies.
Ryan knows what world-class looks like in this sector. He also knows where the gaps are. Ryan founded Evora because he had seen, firsthand, what this kind of care does for men when it is done properly. And he had seen too many Irish men going without it, turning to platforms that were never really built with them in mind.
Evora is the answer to that. And Ryan is the reason it exists.
Sarah Procter
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Sarah brings a combination of legal precision and operational instinct to Evora Health. Trained as a solicitor at one of the world's leading law firms, she built her early career across corporate and employment law before moving into the commercial and operational side of service businesses.
As COO, Sarah is responsible for Evora's architecture - the systems, governance, clinical compliance frameworks, and day-to-day delivery that ensures every man we treat receives a consistent, high-quality experience.
Sarah co-founded Evora because she believed men in Ireland deserved a clinic that took their health as seriously as they do.
Our Clinical Team
Every consultation at Evora Health is conducted by a fully registered Irish GP. Our clinical team is led by a Medical Director with over forty years of experience, trained in Ireland, who oversees the clinical governance, safety standards, and quality of care across every programme we deliver.
Our patients consult directly with our Clinical Lead, an Irish-trained GP with a background in urology and specialist experience in men's sexual health. Every assessment is thorough, every programme is personalised, and every prescription decision rests with a qualified doctor who understands this area deeply.
Our Pharmacy Partner
All medication prescribed through Evora Health is dispensed by a fully registered Irish pharmacy, operating in full compliance with Irish and EU pharmaceutical regulations, including GDPR. Every order is handled with the same discretion we apply to everything else: packaged plainly, delivered securely, and traceable at every stage.
